I'm echoing others' comments. Not enough equipment, not enough knowledge on the part of most of the faculty although to be fair we're receptive to change--it's just hard to find time and assistance necessary to learn some of the new equipment, software, techniques, etc.
Our IT people are cooperative but frequently unfamiliar with our needs. They know how stuff works but aren't very good at teaching others how to use it and how to teach it.
