As a new faculty member, I know a fair amount about digital media, but not so much about teaching. Most resources I can find, including my wonderful faculty mentor, are more about how to grade or lead a thoughtful discussion. That's a good start, but how do I draw out students' creativity? How do I manage a classroom when some students are grasping technology quickly, and others are completely scared of it? What kinds of assignments are working for your students?
