I'm excited about being amongst other faculty members facing the same issues.  For me, I'm ready to absorb how everyone traverses the many political landmines,  speed bumps and trap doors of Ze Academy.   As a new faculty members, I'm eager to learn about how folks make things happen.

And, yes, I'm hoping to download as much as I can from flash guru Mindy...

I'm happy to teach anyone as much Flash as he can stomach, but ... given the state of most of our programs, Flash might not be the top priority.

Blogging is really easy to integrate into existing classes, but lots of faculty members have never tried it yet!
